Zechstein Magnesium Oil classic is a totally natural product, free from any additives. It is derived from the depths of the ancient Zechstein Sea in the Netherlands, from one of the purest, natural magnesium sources in the world. Zechstein Magnesium Oil is a concentrated solution of magnesium chloride and water, and not actually an oil at all. It is, however, called “oil” because of its oily consistency. The magnesium chloride concentration is around 30%. 1 ml Magnesium Oil contains approx. 100 mg pure magnesium.

Local application: Apply 5 to 10 sprays directly to the skin and massage in. The product can also be applied several times per day, if required. Zechstein Magnesium Gel with its new, improved formula, feels lovely on the skin, is easy to massage in, is not sticky, and does not contain any preservatives. Zechstein Magnesium Gel is a perfect balance of original Zechstein Magnesium Oil, moisturizer, and natural gelling agent. 1 ml Magnesium Gel contains approx. 193 mg magnesium chloride, which corresponds to approx. 50 mg pure magnesium. Magnesium Gel is especially suitable for relaxation massages and sport fitness massages.
Ingredients: Aqua, Magnesium Chloride, Glycerine, Xanthan Gum. No preservatives.
Local application: Magnesium Gel is especially suitable for sport fitness massages after physical exertion and for relaxation massages. Apply an amount of gel the size of a cherry or walnut to the affected area and massage in well. Allow to absorb for at least 15 minutes and then remove any residue using a damp cloth, where necessary.

Zechstein Magnesium Flakes is a bath additive made of pure magnesium chloride hexahydrate. The flakes are obtained by heating and drying the so-called Magnesium Oil. It is a totally natural product, free from any additives. The magnesium chloride concentration is around 47%. 1 g Magnesium Flakes contains approx. 120 mg pure magnesium.
Ingredients: Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrat (MgCl2 concentration 47 %)
Application: A bath with Zechstein Magnesium Flakes is ideal for relaxing, regenerating after physical exertion, and nourishing the skin.
Bath: Dissolve the entire content of the sachet in bath water and only add enough water to cover your body in order to ensure the highest possible concentration of magnesium in the bath water. Recommended bath temperature approx. 37°C, bath duration 20 to 30 minutes.
Foot bath: Dissolve 150 g to 250 g Zechstein Magnesium Flakes in 5 liters of warm water (approx. 37°C) and soak your feet fr 20 to 30 minutes.
